At TravelScoot USA, we aim to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed within this framework starting the next business day.

2. Scooter Orders

Due to size and assembly requirements, mobility scooter orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive, though most customers receive their scooters within 5 business days from the shipping date.

3. Shipping Methods

We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. Please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery times for expedited services. We are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our facility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, exchanges, or delivery delays beyond our control.

5. International Shipping

TravelScoot USA does not ship internationally for any reason. Please reach out to the nearest TravelScoot distributor to your country for more information.
