TravelScoot USA Referral Program

Terms and conditions

Effective February 1, 2025

Thank you for your interest in the TravelScoot USA Referral Program. The program rewards eligible customers who refer a new customer who purchases a TravelScoot Escape. Participation constitutes agreement to the terms below.

The most important requirements

Eligible referrerYou purchased an Escape directly from TravelScoot USA and are beyond your 14-day return period.
Eligible buyerThe person referred must be a new customer purchasing an Escape directly from TravelScoot USA.
Written referralThe buyer must provide the referrer’s name in writing before completing the purchase.
Reward timingRewards are issued after the buyer’s return period and are sent at the end of the quarter.

Section 1

Eligibility

  • The referrer must be a current TravelScoot USA customer who purchased a TravelScoot Escape from TravelScoot USA.
  • The referred customer must be a new TravelScoot USA customer and must purchase a TravelScoot Escape from TravelScoot USA.
  • The referrer must be outside of the 14-day return-policy period when claiming the referral reward.
  • The referred customer must provide the referrer’s name in writing, either on the online order form at the time of purchase or by email before completing the purchase.

Section 2

Referral reward

For each qualifying referral, the referrer may choose one of the following:

$100 store creditApplicable toward future TravelScoot USA purchases.
$50 mailed checkIssued by mail as the cash-reward alternative.
  • Only one reward is provided for each referred customer.
  • If multiple people claim the same referral, TravelScoot USA will honor only the first verified referrer listed.
  • The reward is issued after the referred customer’s 14-day return period has expired and the purchase is confirmed. Rewards are sent at the end of the quarter.

Section 3

Limitations and disclosures

  • Referral rewards cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.
  • No reward will be issued if the referred purchase is returned or canceled within the 14-day return window.
  • The referrer is responsible for any taxes applicable to referral rewards.
  • If a referrer earns more than $600 in referral rewards during a calendar year, TravelScoot USA may require Form W-9 and issue Form 1099-NEC in accordance with applicable tax requirements.
  • Participation does not create an employment, independent-contractor, agency, or endorsement relationship with TravelScoot USA.

Section 4

Program changes and termination

  • TravelScoot USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program.
