Shipping a Scooter for Repair
If we determine your scooter needs in-house repair, we’ll guide you through safely packing and shipping it to our Oregon service center. We’ll email a prepaid return label and a short video tutorial on how to pack your TravelScoot correctly.
Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs
Most TravelScoot parts are covered under a limited warranty. If your scooter is outside the warranty period, we still offer affordable repair options. You’ll always receive a quote before any repairs are made.
