We understand that purchasing a mobility scooter is a significant decision. That’s why we’re offering a 3-day in-home trial of the TravelScoot Escape, allowing you to experience its comfort, portability, and performance firsthand.
How It Works:
- Pay $200 (non-refundable).
- Receive a new TravelScoot Escape delivered to your home.
- Test it indoors for 3 days.
- Decide:
- If you love it, we’ll charge your card the full purchase price less the $200.
- If it’s not the right fit, email us. We’ll provide a free return shipping label and a video guide on repacking. Drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
Important Trial Guidelines:
- Indoor Use Only: Please use the scooter exclusively indoors during the trial period.
- No Visible Wear: The scooter should be returned without signs of wear, especially on the tires.
- Weight Limit: The trial is for individuals weighing 350 lbs or less, in line with our warranty.
- Accessories: The trial includes the Escape scooter and battery. Additional items are shipped upon purchase.
Failure to Follow Trial Conditions
To keep this rare trial program available to others, we must be clear:
If the scooter is returned with excess wear (dirt, scuffed tires, damage), or if it’s improperly packed, we will consider it a used product.
- Your card will be charged the full purchase price of the TravelScoot Escape.
- An additional $100 fee will apply for return shipping and handling.
