Amp Connector

In the video it's hard to see where to put the pick or screwdriver to release the wire connector. After fussing with it and studying it with a magnifying glass, I realized that I needed to insert the implement between the plastic release tab and the metal connector, rather than trying to push it straight in, which was not possible. After that, the procedure was easy and the replacement works well.

Works fine but would be nice if instructions on insulation and/or a link to the "how to install" video was included with the receipt. Had to contact travelscoot twice via e-mail and it took days to install instead of a few minutes. Would be nice if all parts included these types of instructions upon delivery!

Works great, but I had a hard time getting the old one off of the remaining connector with the locking mechanism still in place. I had to break up the old connector with a pair of pliers.

One off my batteries had this piece break so I wasn’t able to use the battery. This was easy to install and now I’ve got my backup battery again.
