I purchased this motor control unit following an incident where my scooter was submerged in a heavy rainstorm during my vacation in Florida. The installation process was straightforward and did not require the removal of the wheel. The transaction was smooth and efficient, as is typically the case. 4 stars due to the cost!

Kevin remotely diagnosed the problem based on my description of how the scooter failed. Per his advice, we watched the video that shows how to install it. The video is very well done, and we were able to successfully follow it.
