•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
•Expedited shipping does not affect order processing time.
Expedited Shipping
•While we strive to ship expedited orders the next business day, delivery timelines depend on the carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS).
•Carriers do not guarantee delivery dates for expedited shipping and do not offer refunds for delays.
•Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed. For example, an order placed on Thursday may not ship until Friday, with transit time starting on Monday.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable, as our responsibility is to ensure timely dispatch within the specified processing window.

Safety Considerations
Balance
•The TravelScoot is designed for individuals who can walk unaided but experience fatigue or discomfort while walking or standing.
•As a three-wheeled mobility device, it requires the rider to maintain upright posture and safe speeds when maneuvering.
•Sharp turns, high speeds, or steep inclines may cause tipping. Riders should be able to place their feet on the ground if needed for stability.
Brakes
•TravelScoot models are equipped with one or two hand brakes and do not feature automatic braking.
•Riders must have sufficient hand strength to engage the brakes effectively.
Inclines
•The TravelScoot outperforms other scooters on inclines, but riders should lean forward when starting an incline to prevent tipping.
Returns & Cancellations
Return Policy
•Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
•Items must be returned in “new” condition and in original packaging.
•The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any damage due to improper packaging.
•A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
•Non-compliant returns (not in “new” condition) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
•Scooter returns will be assessed a $100 return shipping charge.
•Batteries purchased separately cannot be returned unless included in a scooter order.
Cancellations
•Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% credit card processing fee.
•No exceptions.
Warranty Policy
Express Warranty
•TravelScoot scooters are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
•The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
•The maximum warranty weight limit for TravelScoot frames is 350 lbs.
•This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
Warranty Terms
The warranty remains valid only if:
•The product is correctly assembled.
•The battery is charged at least every 3–4 months when not in use.
•The product is used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions.
•Regular maintenance and adjustments are performed as needed.
The warranty is void if the product is:
•Used outside of the Owner’s Manual instructions.
•Modified in any way.
•Ridden by more than one person at a time.
•Used for commercial purposes (rental, public use, etc.).
•Operated with a non-TravelScoot battery or charger.
Warranty Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
1.Email us at usa@travelscoot.com.
2.If approved, we will ship the replacement part on invoice.
3.The customer must return the defective part within 14 days to clear the invoice and complete the warranty process.
Battery Warranty
•Full replacement for the first 24 months.
•TravelScoot USA will cover warranty-related shipping within the first 60 days, provided the original packaging is used for return shipment.
•We strongly recommend retaining the original shipping box for the duration of the warranty.
Legal Disclaimer
TravelScoot USA Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
