TravelScoot USA Shipping Policy

At TravelScoot USA, we are committed to fast, secure shipping across the United States. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and deliver your orders.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Scooter Orders
- Mobility scooter orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
- Most customers receive their scooters within 5 business days after shipping.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship via UPS and USPS.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please note: UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for expedited services.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, exchanges, or carrier delays.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. Please contact the nearest TravelScoot distributor outside the United States for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at usa@travelscoot.com or by calling 800-342-2214. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
