New Website Updates

The past two months have been very busy for us at TravelScoot USA. As we try and provide our customers with the most useful information possible for travel and everything TravelScoot related, we've created a number of new pages for our customers on our website.

Service Page

Our new service page has a few very useful pages for TravelScoot users, both new and old. We've added three sections; the troubleshooting guide, the buyer's guide, and the mailing information for those who would like to send their scooter in to have it looked at by a certified TravelScoot technician. The service page is the one-stop-shop for our customers to receive immediate assistance no matter what time of day.

Troubleshooting Guide

The Troubleshooting Guide is the go-to place if you ever experience any issues with your TravelScoot. It covers everything we would during a phone call to help you figure out how to troubleshoot your scooter, from the battery charger, the battery, and each electronic component. We include links to all of our videos that will show you  step-by-step how to perform the task mentioned in the guide. We highly recommend using this guide before calling us, if possible.

Buyer's Guide

The second page we've created is for those who are interested in either buying or selling a used TravelScoot. We cover how to determine the model, type, and size of all the TravelScoots on the market today. We also provide very helpful tips on how to sell a TravelScoot including how to determine price and shipping. We provide the same tips for potential buyers, including what to look for, what to ask about, and what to watch out for. If you're in the market to buy a used TravelScoot, this is the guide for you.

New Cruising Page

Our new cruise page can be found in our Travel section of the website. It is the ultimate guide that covers everything you would want to know on how to cruise with the TravelScoot. This guide features the new Escape and Cruiser models, both of which will fit through any cruise ship door without the need to reserve a special room. If you have a cruise coming up, be sure to check it out.

Cruiser vs Escape

If you've seen the new Escape and Cruiser but aren't sure what the main differences are between the two, this page covers them all. We discuss weight, dimensions, similarities, performance, and the philosophy of use for each model.

3-day Trial

Although not brand new, we thought we'd mention our new 3-day trial option for those new to TravelScoot. This is an in-door trial for people to sit on, lift, and maneuver a TravelScoot to see if the scooter will work for them. We are very pleased with the results that this trial has produced as hardly anyone has returned it. If you know someone who wants to try one out and can't find someone to demo a TravelScoot, send them this link. You will qualify for our referral program (if the person buys) and get either a $20 Amazon gift card or a $25 in-store credit towards any TravelScoot purchase.

Financing

Our last update is our new financing option, provided by PayPal. If you don't have a credit card and need immediate funds towards a scooter, PayPal offers a 0% intrest-free plan if paid off in six months. For those who need a more long-term payment solution, PayPal Monthly offers a one or two-year plan. You must fill out their application form to see what rates you qualify for, but once approved, you will be able to purchase a TravelScoot right away.

Hopefully, you will find our latest updates to our website useful for you or someone you know. If there is something that you'd like to see us add to our website, please let us know by emailing us at usa@travelscoot.com. We'll do our very best to provide the service our customers deserve. Thanks for reading and happy scooting!
